Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was small but adequate, with a view into the central space of the building. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with dinner reservations. The location was central and convenient for exploring Paris. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and finding the hotel initially was challenging.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions with clean and quiet rooms but slightly small bathrooms. The service is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Dining varies from average to excellent quality. Overall, a great value for money choice in Paris.
The hotel rooms were very nice, clean, and fitting for Paris standards. The service was helpful and showed a friendly atmosphere. The location was outstanding, within walking distance of many landmarks and shops. The dining experience was excellent with multiple choices. The facilities were great and well-maintained.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, but the bathroom setup can be a bit tricky. The service is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The location is outstanding, close to major attractions, but it comes at a price. The dining experience may not be worth the cost for some, yet the facilities meet basic needs effectively.
The hotel may have small rooms but they are very clean and nicely decorated, providing a quiet and pleasant stay just with a 2-person bed. The service is excellent, with a helpful and accommodating team, although you might have to carry bags up and down stairs. The location is outstanding, near top attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The dining may not meet high expectations but is hearty with a good variety. Overall, a value-for-money choice with some minor shortcomings.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and some had a lovely street view with balconies adorned with beautiful flowers. Just note that the size can vary, with the ones at the back being smaller but quieter. The highlight was the fantastic location near La Madeleine, surrounded by great restaurants and just a stone's throw away from gourmet food shops and cafes, making it a real treat. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us, from bringing items to the room to booking a restaurant for us. The dining experience, although good in quality, could have offered a bit more variety. On the downside, the dining room was quite small in the cellar, which wasn't ideal. Despite that, the overall experience was delightful.
